We have 15 years of Mortgage Banking experience from all sides of the lending, brokering and the servicing industry.

 

Our services include:

  • Prepare and issue initial disclosures that are broker and lender compliant
  • Review all documentation for accurate submission (documents, ratios, program guidelines, etc.)
  • Run DU/LP on active files, if needed
  • Order verifications as needed
  • Open title and escrow
  • Order Payoff demands, HOA documents and update insurance
  • Order Appraisal (at LO’s request)
  • Submit clean and organized UW package to Lender
  • Monitor and follow up with Lender during UW process
  • Communication once UW decision is received
  • Re-submission, if needed, for final conditions and sign off
  • Coordinate loan documents and schedule closing with lender and escrow
  • Address funding conditions
  • Collect Final Settlement Statement and prepare closed file
  • An electronic copy of the file is returned to the broker for compliance storage

*We like to be in direct contact with borrowers as it expedites the loan process and frees the Loan Officer up to originate more loans.  However, if you would prefer to be included, or to directly handle borrower communication, that can be arranged also.

 

Our loan officers and expected to:

  • PreQual the loan and the borrower.  Review the credit report.
  • Discuss loan and terms with the borrowers
  • Locks, ReLocks, and extensions.  Pricing discrepancies.
  • Provide Processor with Point or FNMA 3.2 file, Credit Report, Purchase contract, and Intake details.
  • Advise when to order appraisal.  Address ROV requests and Rebuttals.
